TEMAN BUS is an implementation of the Buy the Service program from the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia for the development of public transportation in road-based urban areas that uses reliable and cash-based telematics technology to improve your safety and security as well as the comfort of your mobilization.

The motivation for redesigning this application is based on the problems felt by me and my friends when accessing the TemanBus application. Currently, the TemanBus application itself has been upgraded to the Teman Darat application. Functionally it has been much improved compared to the previous application. However, there are several services that can improve the user experience when using this application. The improvisation is done by designing an application that can display not only route information, but also help users when riding public buses.

My role in this redesign are understanding the behaviours, needs, motivations & challenge of user segment, conduct a product & user research about the problems, redesign the user experience & user interface application
